How is the Dabba Direct service calculated?

Our service is calculated at 23% of the retailer goods value, subject to a minimum £10 charge per retailer. Any UK delivery fee charged by the retailer is added separately at its stated cost.

Does the service include shipping and import duty?

Yes. The Dabba Direct service includes transport from the UK to Gibraltar, customs coordination and standard Gibraltar import duty.

Can I add several retailers to one estimate?

Yes. Add each retailer separately and the estimator will show both the individual totals and one grand total. The minimum service charge applies to each retailer purchase.

Why do you not charge by parcel weight?

Customers usually do not know the packaged weight or dimensions before ordering. Our value-based calculation lets you estimate the cost clearly before the goods arrive.

Does Dabba Direct provide product warranties?

No. Product warranties, manufacturing faults and after-sales support remain with the original retailer or manufacturer. We can help reconnect you with the retailer and provide relevant purchase details.

What if goods are damaged while being transported?

Visible transit damage should be reported to us immediately. Responsibility is considered according to the circumstances of the shipment and the applicable terms of service.
