This total includes all Retailer Goods, Service Fees, UK Delivery, **International Shipping, and Customs Duty**. The only potential additional charge is for optional local home delivery in Gibraltar.
Our Service Fee Structure (Per Retailer)
20% of Order Value
Calculated Service Fee
Our fee is always **20% of the total order value** for that specific retailer. This covers the purchasing and consolidation service.
£10 Minimum Fee
Small Order Protection
If 20% of the order value is less than £10, the fee automatically defaults to the **£10 minimum fee**.
Your total service cost is the sum of these calculated fees for all retailers, PLUS any UK delivery fees they charge you.
What Your Estimated Total Includes
Retailer Service & UK Delivery Fees
This includes the calculated service fee (Min £10 or 20% of order value, whichever is larger) for each retailer, plus the sum of all UK shipping charges they apply **to deliver the goods to our UK hub**.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
Your total estimate *includes* an initial estimate for the international freight cost (UK to Gibraltar) and an estimated charge for all applicable Gibraltar Customs duty and clearance fees. This provides a true “all-in” budget figure.
What Is Excluded?
The total estimate **excludes** only local home delivery within Gibraltar from our collection point. All other core costs (purchasing, UK delivery, consolidation, international freight, customs clearance) are included in the estimate.
