Can you purchase from any UK retailer?
Yes. We can purchase from most UK retailers, provided they accept payment from us and deliver within the UK.
How much does the service cost?
Use our order estimator to see your expected total before you submit an order. Our current service charge is 23% of the goods value, subject to a minimum £10 charge per retailer, with any UK retailer delivery added at cost. Your formal quotation confirms the final amount before anything is purchased.
How do I place an order?
Use our online order service and add the retailer product links, quantities and any important options. Your request enters our order process in a structured format ready for review and quotation.
Do I need a UK delivery address or forwarding account?
No. Dabba Direct purchases the goods on your behalf and manages their receipt in the UK, onward transport, import process and arrival in Gibraltar.
Do I need to arrange shipping?
No. We take care of the purchasing, transport and import process from start to finish.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the retailer, product availability and the retailer's own delivery schedule. Once your goods reach our UK warehouse, shipments to Gibraltar are dispatched regularly.
Can you import large furniture?
Yes. We regularly import furniture, appliances and other large items from UK retailers.
What happens if a retailer cancels my order?
We will contact you as soon as possible, explain the situation and discuss the available options.
Can businesses use Dabba Direct?
Absolutely. We work with private customers and businesses purchasing goods from UK retailers.
I cannot find my retailer. Can you still help?
Probably. Send us the retailer details and we will be happy to check whether we can purchase from them.
