Dabba Direct purchases goods on the customer’s behalf from third-party UK retailers and arranges shipment to Gibraltar. Dabba Direct is not the seller, manufacturer or distributor of the goods.
By accessing the website, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may revise these Terms from time to time.
You are responsible for protecting any login details. We may suspend or refuse service where misuse is reasonably suspected.
A binding contract for services is formed once full payment has been received following an order quote. By placing an order, you authorise Dabba Direct to purchase goods on your behalf.
Cancellations are not accepted after goods have been purchased on your behalf.
The service is intended for goods sourced from UK-based retailers. Non-UK sourcing may incur additional charges for which the customer is responsible.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may arise from retailers, carriers, customs authorities or circumstances beyond our control.
Goods must be collected within 72 hours of notification unless otherwise agreed. Storage fees may apply. Dabba Direct is not responsible for loss or damage after this period except where caused by our negligence.
Local delivery may be arranged through third-party providers. Dabba Direct is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Any additional charges or taxes arising from the source or movement of goods remain payable as advised.
We may carry out identity checks for fraud prevention. These checks do not affect your credit rating.
Rights relating to goods generally apply against the original retailer. Some retailers restrict warranties after export outside the UK.
Dabba Direct accepts responsibility for loss or damage occurring during transit from the UK to Gibraltar and will provide an appropriate remedy, subject to these Terms.
We do not accept liability for damage arising solely from inherent fragility unless caused by a failure to exercise reasonable care.
Refunds received from retailers will be passed on to the customer once the funds have been received by Dabba Direct.
We perform our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign obligations as part of normal business operations.
These Terms are governed by Gibraltar law and the courts of Gibraltar have exclusive jurisdiction.
