It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions each time you use this website, and your ongoing use of the website will indicate your agreement to the most current terms and conditions.

1.2 If you are not a consumer, you affirm that you possess the authority to represent any business on whose behalf you utilise this website.

1.3 When utilising specific Dabba Direct services, please review the supplementary information provided, as it offers comprehensive guidance on using these services effectively.

1.4 Some website services require registration, granting access through an approved login name and password (“Password Details”). These Password Details are strictly for personal use, and Dabba Direct assumes no responsibility for their loss or breach. Dabba Direct will never ask you to share these details.

1.8 We retain the authority to reject a new customer registration or order, including multiple registrations or orders. Additionally, we may suspend or terminate a customer’s account, order, or access to any part or the entirety of the website at any time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

2 Order process

2.1 To request an order quote, please visit our order page. All order requests submitted through this website are subject to acceptance based on our terms and conditions.

2.2 The ‘confirmation’ stage sets out the final details of your order request. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you wish to order. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance of the order by Dabba Direct.

2.3 Your order is accepted and the contract between us is finalised once payment is made following receipt of an order quote. This is unless your order breaches these terms and conditions, we have informed you of non-acceptance, or you have cancelled it before we purchase the products. Please note, cancellations are not accepted after we have bought the goods on your behalf.

2.4 We reserve the right to limit the number of single product lines that can be ordered or fulfilled. Orders will depend on availability and are at the retailer’s discretion. We may restrict the quantities of goods supplied per order or per customer, including promotional items, in doing so ensures availability for others, prevents what we consider unfair use of offers, or avoids potential health and safety concerns during delivery.

3 Delivery and Time Scales

3.1 This website and its services are exclusively designed for product deliveries within mainland UK, sourced from UK-based suppliers. We do not process orders for items originating outside the UK. Please be aware that certain retailers, including Amazon or eBay, may have third-party sellers based abroad, and we may not be notified of this. Should deliveries come from outside the UK, you may face additional taxes and fees, for which you will be responsible.

3.2 Retailers provide details about delivery charges and estimated delivery times on their websites. If you have difficulty finding this information, feel free to contact the retailer for assistance. When ordering on your behalf, we aim to ensure that goods are delivered from the UK to Gibraltar within the estimated timeframe. However, unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Dabba Direct may cause delays. Dabba Direct is not responsible for any delays or failure to deliver products within the estimated times.

3.3 To ensure timely delivery before Christmas we set a specific order deadline, which we share on social media and other platforms. Orders placed after this deadline may not arrive before Christmas. Dabba Direct is not responsible for late arrivals if retailers fail to deliver goods before our final shipment from the UK to Gibraltar in December. This deadline does not guarantee delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

4 Payment

4.1 We accept payments through your card, cash in person, or via bank transfer. Product availability may vary. If we are unable to procure the goods, make an error, or process your order against these terms and conditions, we will notify you promptly. If you have already paid, a full refund will be provided.

4.2 To protect your credit, debit, charge card, or PayPal account from unauthorised use, we verify the name, address, and other personal details you provide during the order process against trusted third-party databases. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to these checks. While conducting these checks, your personal information may be shared with a registered Credit Reference Agency, which may retain a record of this information. Rest assured, this process is solely for identity confirmation; no credit check is conducted, and your credit rating will remain unaffected. All information you provide will be handled securely and strictly in line with relevant data protection laws.

4.3 In the event of an error or change in the pricing of goods to be ordered or reserved, we will notify you promptly (e.g., if special offers are no longer available or prices increase or stocks are no longer available). You will have the option to either reconfirm your order at the updated price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, we will consider the order cancelled. Should you decide to cancel and have already made a payment, a full refund will be issued to you.

4.4 Ownership of any products ordered on your behalf will transfer to you upon delivery or collection, provided your order request complies with these terms and conditions, we have processed your order, and full payment for the products has been received.

4.5 All prices are shown in GBP sterling and include UK VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but may exclude UK delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise. Dabba Direct purchases your requested products via a UK registered purchasing company and full taxes are paid. No tax returns are due to you as all such taxes are absorbed or claimed by the purchasing company as part of the service provided.

4.6 Dabba Direct fully covers all import duties and customs declaration fees payable to Gibraltar authorities, ensuring you face no extra costs, except for the taxes and fees outlined in section 3.1.

5 Returns, Cancellations and Guarantees

5.1 Dabba Direct operates as a shipping service provider and does not offer any guarantees for goods purchased on your behalf. Once the products leave the UK, all guarantees provided by suppliers or retailers become null and void. It is the customers’ responsibility to handle any guarantee claims with the retailers or manufacturers, as Dabba Direct is not obligated to pursue these claims. Dabba Direct holds no liability for any faulty, defective, or incomplete products.

5.2 Dabba Direct does not offer a return service and does not accept returns. We recommend finding a service provider to handle returns to the original retailer. Dabba Direct will provide all essential information, such as retailer order reference and contact details, to help you return your goods to the UK seller.

5.3 When a retailer provides a refund for a faulty, incomplete, or defective product, the refund will be credited to our bank account. Once the funds are received, Dabba Direct will process a full refund to the original payment source.

5.4 The customer bears complete responsibility for verifying the suitability of the products they intend to purchase from the retailer. This includes checking the size, weight, and safety of the product.

5.6 Dabba Direct takes complete responsibility for ensuring your goods are safely shipped from the UK to Gibraltar. Should any damages occur during transit, as outlined in this section of the Terms and Conditions, Dabba Direct reserves the right to choose between replacing the product, providing a discount, or issuing a full refund.

5.7 We do not offer warranties for glass materials, mirrors, ceramics, or other fragile items that are damaged or broken. By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer relinquishes the right to file any claims for such products purchased.

5.8 Upon request, Dabba Direct will help customers by supplying details of purchases made on their behalf, assisting with warranty claims or additional support requests. As outlined in section 5.1, Dabba Direct holds no responsibility or liability to pursue claims on the customer’s behalf.

6 Liability and Indemnity

6.1 The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you on the day they are delivered or collected by you or any person you designate.

6.2 Dabba Direct is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of purchased products, and this liability may be limited by the original seller as outlined in section 5.1.

6.3 Dabba Direct will make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this site but does not guarantee or warrant the site’s content, availability, timeliness, or error-free status. We do not promise that defects will be corrected or that the site or its server is free from viruses or bugs. We do not guarantee complete functionality, accuracy, or reliability. Dabba Direct is not responsible for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website and accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from actions taken based on the material or information on the site.

6.4 Dabba Direct shall not be held liable, whether in contract, pre-contract, or through any other representations (excluding fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations), for any of the following in connection with these terms and conditions:

  • economic losses (including, but not limited to, lost revenues, data, profits, contracts, business opportunities, or expected savings); or
  • loss of goodwill or reputation; or
  • loss of privacy and loss of data; or
  • special or indirect losses
  • suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under these terms and conditions.

7 Miscellaneous Provisions

7.1 This agreement will be governed by the laws of Gibraltar, and any disputes will be settled exclusively in the courts of Gibraltar. The contract will be concluded in English only.

7.2 Dabba Direct will not be held liable for any delays or failures in delivering products or fulfilling obligations outlined in these terms and conditions if such issues are caused, directly or indirectly, by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7.3 You are prohibited from assigning or subcontracting any of your rights or responsibilities under these terms and conditions or any related product orders to a third party without prior written consent from Dabba Direct.

7.4 Dabba Direct holds the right to transfer, assign, novate, or subcontract any or all of its rights or obligations under these terms and conditions, or any related contract, to a third party.

7.5 If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the validity or enforceability of the remaining sections will remain unaffected.
